Ticket Cancellations/Refund: Tickets can be cancelled up to 14 days before the date of an dance and a full refund will be applicable. If  cancellation is done during  the 14 days before the dance, the ticket/s will be offered for resale and if not sold no refund will be done. If sold a refund will be applicable. (At this date the convenor of the dance is bound by all contracts entered into for the dance and he will not receive any refund if he cancels it). Tickets can not be transferred over to the next month. Thy are only valid for the dance date stated on the ticket.

Cancelation of the Dance: Refund of ticket price will be applicable.


Birthday Tickets: Birthday tickets and be sold or transfer to a mother person, and the ticket is only valid for that month.


Photos and Videos: The Gat party reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any The Gat party event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. The Gat party may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by The Gat party including but not limited to: social media platforms, websites, adverts, etc.

By confirming, Users are committing to purchasing the chosen product. We will take payment via the nominated payment method.


We may decline an order due to any of the following reasons: out of stock products, payment authorization, issues with product descriptions, non-compliance with our Terms, or suspicion of fraudulent orders. Under certain circumstances, outlined in section 5, orders may not be canceled after they are placed.


2.3. Personalizing products

Gatparty values your satisfaction and strives to provide prompt and reliable service. We request that you ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order and that any contributed content is free of errors. We may allow courtesy changes to your order while it is in the “Order Processing” stage. If you need to make a change that is not possible online, please contact our Support Team.


We accept images in JPEG format for photo submissions. Low resolution and image sizes are accepted, and we will inform you if they do not print well on your personalized item.


By submitting content or material for a personalized item, you grant an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to us for use, reproduction, adaptation, distribution, and communication to the public.

Our personalized products do not allow content or material that may infringe on copyrights, contravene any laws, involve false, inaccurate information, misrepresentation, pornographic, obscene, or indecent material, harass or alarm someone, or promote any unlawful acts.

Please note that when ordering multiple products, Gatparty may provide on-screen notifications regarding same-day delivery availability.
